Innleiarar er Vidar Lund frå Norsk bibliotekforening, Jenny Nilsson frå Svensk biblioteksforening, bibliotekforskaren Ola Pilerot og Xianhong Hu frå UNESCO.

Tema for webinaret er kva eit oppdatert manifest betyr i ein svensk og norsk kontekst, og vil mellom anna dreie seg og:
Korleis kan manifestet bidra til legitimering av folkebiblioteket i lokalsamfunnet?
Korleis kan ein arbeide med manifestet på nasjonalt og internasjonalt nivå?
Korleis påverka manifestet profesjonen og institusjonen bibliotek?
