by professionals working in memory institutions. By digitisation, we mean the process of converting analog materials into a digital format. The questionnaire is directed to digitisation professionals working in libraries, archives and museums in Northern Europe
and North America, with general and specialised collections of cultural heritage. While ethical issues in digitisation do not necessarily differ due to geography, the
<i>experiences</i> of the professionals working in digitisation may be different. By looking at memory institutions together, we will be able to compare the similarities and differences between them.</span></span><span style="font-size:12.0pt;color:black"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
