Dear colleagues,

Its’ just one week to go until the start of online coaching sessions (organized by the IFLA Coaching Initiative) for all IFLA members and their employees.

Do you have a problem or a challenging situation at your library / working place with staff, colleagues or customers? Are you interested in expanding your career and professional development opportunities?  Do you want you try the coaching method for the first time?

Well experienced colleagues can give help in one hour coaching sessions without any costs for you. These sessions are currently available in the following languages: English, German, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, and Swedish.

However, Coaching is only available for IFLA members and their staff.
