Veiledning for bibliotek og innbyggertorg.

Norsk Bibliotekforening har laget en veiledning med tanke på hva bibliotekansvarlige bør tenke på når en kommune ønsker å samorganisere bibliotek og innbyggertorg.
Veiledningen er overordnet, og den er tenkt å være et hjelpemiddel for biblioteksjefer som havner i denne situasjonen.
